Will Dr. Chynn's 'Eye-Opening Fund-Raiser Pass Muster?'

Market has conflicting time periods for settlement and suspend dates. Since wagers were made with the conflicting reports, best practice is to void market entirely.
Background:
Dr. Emil Chynn a doctor at the Park Avenue Laser Vision Center in New York has come up with a "innovative" way of fund-raising for Barack Obama. He plans to raffle off $20 tickets for a free Laser Eye Surgery procedure. He has 111 tickets which equal $2,220 in fund-raising if he sells them all.
Just so it's clear were asking if Obama will accept the funding not if the fundraiser won't take place.
One lucky winner will get the free procedure and the "donations" will go to the Obama campaign. The raffle will begin on Aug. 25th and will be sold at his website. So far the Obama campaign may be worried, but rest assured the Doctor has "successfully been performing laser vision correction for over a decade and has been “100 percent lawsuit free.” See Law Suit Free, it's all good!!
If by the suspend date (Sept. 25th) no news has been released on the Doctors website or in the media regarding the auction the market will settle as no.
