Will NASA modify the Space Shuttle schedule or missions due any conflict with Russia?

Background: Will NASA modify the Space Shuttle schedule or missions?

The Space Shuttle program has ten remaining flights scheduled, and is due
to retire after it's last flight is completed. SS Endeavor, is scheduled to launch on May 31, 2010.

Of the 10 flights, 1 is for Hubble maintenance and the rest are to service and expand the International Space Station (ISS).

Russia supports the ISS in many ways, for example ...

This question asks ...

Will tensions between Russia and the West cause NASA to change the schedule or mission(s) for the shuttle fleet?

To settle as yes, changes to the schedule or mission because of Russian Geopolitik, or words to that effect, must be reported.

while this is a report of a change due to both weather and future plans, there is mention of 'relying on Russian Spacecraft'.

If NASA were to 'EXTEND' the life of the shuttle fleet beyond the currently planned retirement date, the reason being given "uncertainty when dealing with Russia" or words to that effect, this would obviously change the shuttle schedule, perhaps delaying the Hubble mission as an example. Would a life extension of the fleet qualify if it modifies the schedule.

The life extension of the fleet, in and of itself, would not qualify as a Yes. The extension must be claimed to be caused by Russian disharmony, or similarly worded statements. For example, "we needed to add a few more missions to the shuttle fleet because previous missions were dependent on Russian support, which is no longer available, due 'this or that' political issue."

I hope this helps.
