Sen. Feinstein be in the capitol building when Congress reconvenes September 8, 2008?

Voided

After searching news networks and other media outlets can no find a answer for either yes or no. Some reports suggested Dianne was on the floor but did not explicitly state which leads me to void the market.

Background:

Background: Sen. Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif., has broken her ankle and will skip next week's Democratic National Convention.

Feinstein saw a doctor in San Francisco on Monday and learned that she'd broken her fibula, Gerber said. Her recovery time will be about a month.

Congress reconvenes September 8, which is less than a month away. Will Senator Feinstein feel healthy enough to go to Washington DC and be in the Capitol building for the opening day?

Her doctor advised her not to travel in the short term, but no word as to her ability to travel in a month.

According to OpenCongress.org, she voted yesterday, so she must have been there! http://www.opencongress.org/people/show/300043_dianne_feinstein

Also, THOMAS, the official record of the Senate and House as maintained by the Library of Congress records her vote: http://www.senate.gov/legislative/LIS/roll_call_lists/roll_call_vote_cfm.cfm?congress=110&session=2&vote=00197

Hi,

Yeah it seems we probably could've used that. Unfortunately because the market's already been voided we can't really do anything about this. Apologies about that I did lots of searching on google news but I never thought about just looking up votes via the gov't sites. In future for markets such as I will check open Congress.
