A woman who wakes her neighbor by repeatedly flushing the lavatory at night is facing eviction from her home.

Mwynwen Jones, 57, has lived in her council house in Tremadog, Gwynedd, for more than 20 years but angered another resident by banging her bathroom door and pulling the chain at all hours of the night.

The High Court in London heard that Mrs Jones was guilty of nothing more than making run-of-the-mill "household noises".

Settlement details:As reported by a major mainstream news source. If she is evicted in 2008 the market settles as no.

the UK has not realized that people age 50 and over, go to the loo at night(frequently)? Perhaps the Queen will buy the poor woman one of those fancy toilets that flushes silently, has a heated seat, plays music, and self flushes...Then the neighbors can complain the music is to loud!
