what league is this

@ akashkredddy,

It's a 'private label' Hubdub league, click on the more background link above for details/players.

The idea for this question came from infernalmachine's creative hockey fantasy team question.

While we cannot do a traditional "fantasy leagues," it was hoped that this question might be a fun, ongoing challenge to track and follow.

Is all of the background not showing up? It looks fine on my screen. Unfortunately, the background is quite lengthy and details had to be left there as all of the players for each time obviously would not fit on each settlement option.

I hope this market sparks interest. I enjoyed the hockey one last year!

Garry? Where are you? I figured you'd be all over team 2! :)

Looks great. One suggestion is about the updates. You might want to put the updates on a free blog (like blogger.com) or a Google free Web Site. That way you could just drop a link here, and save some space. My NHL updates kind of made the comments hard to read or keep a conversation going.

Thanks infernalmachine! Your hockey league was the inspiration for this question. Hope it will get lots of action and be fun to follow...and not be too much of a pain to track.

I've actually created each of these teams in yahoo's fantasy league which follows the same point system, so hopefully will be quick and easy to provide weekly updates.

Enjoy!

I believe that should say "C Ocho Cinco" (:

NFL is not referring to Chad Johnson as Chad Ocho Cinco, they are not letting him use that jersey or be listed in stats, until they get some marketing stuff worked out.

Is there any way to sub in a player for Brady? If not that almost eliminates option 2 from being in contention.

@sdchargers - unfortunately the details of the question can't be changed after the opening of the question.

There's a lot of info in the background of the question, but I did include a comment about how injuries, etc can affect the outcome of the season and question. Who knows, it's a long year!

I'll update these tomorrow after Monday Nights game. I think you might be quite surprised as team 2 is still hanging in there. Boldin (team 2) had a big day yesterday!
