Gustav is the 7th Hurricane of the year, (I know, currently it's a tropical storm, but will likely return to Hurricane strength after crossing Cuba) so we are 1/3 the way through the list of names allocated for 2008.

How many named Hurricanes will have crossed a US beach or border by 11/30/08?
To qualify the Hurricane will need to have sustained winds of 75mph or more at the time that it cross a US beach or border.
