Industry sector of next company to be sued for having a web site that blind people can't read?

Current forecast: Financials (17% chance)
Combining all predictions, the current most likely outcome is Financials with a probability of 17% (unchanged in last 1 day)

Target Corp. has agreed to pay $6 million in damages for plaintiffs in California unable to use its online site as part of a class action settlement with the National Federation of the Blind.

In which industry sector will the next law suit be filed for a large corporation (over 30B capitalization) for having a web site that blind people cannot read?

For a description of the market sectors, see:

I grouped Energy and Utilities together, assuming that they probably would not be a likely target seperately, and added an "any other" category for anything that may not be covered, although the list looks fairly comprehensive.

Which category is Hubdub in?

@infernalmachine:

Unfortunately, Hubdub does not yet have more than 30B capitalization, so it would not qualify for this question. (In the second sentence of the details.)

@f_o_f: yeah that is funny.

I saw this news & thought it was scary (from back in December of 2006):
Texas legislator introduces bill to allow blind people to hunt http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/16157202/

Great picture for this market... @ notable... the link in # 4 reads like something from The Onion, that's crazy talk! But it does lend itself to some kind of Cheney joke somehow...
