Will there be an actual attempt to assasinate Barack Obama before Nov 3, 2008?

It's quite sad that this is even a credible question. One would hope that the US would be above stuff like this.

Within the next 63 days.... hmmnnn... In my lifetime only President Johnson didn't have an apparent assassination attempt on him during his administration.

But to be fair, these men were attacked while they were in office, this question is more narrow in scope and only covers about 9 weeks. Hopefully cooler heads will prevail and the brave men of the Secret Service will continue their difficult job of keeping our current and potential Presidents safe.
