Will the LPGA suspend any golfers because of poor English skills in 2009?
'English-language policy canceled for 2009.' The LPGA has rescinded the plan. A revised plan will not include penalties.

Background:>
Currently, both the LPGA and the Futures Tour provide free access to language-training programs. The Futures Tour has promised increased language training to those who would fail the evaluation.
I expect very little enforcement of the policy in 2009. I based the starting percentages on that expectation.
