Will CBS show human cockfighting before August 2009?

This question is referring to the UFC only. Back when the UFC was the only show in town John McCain called it "human cockfighting." This was again recently brought up in the NY legislature by Bob Reilly who compared MMA to cockfighting and dogfighting.
CBS is currently showing Elite XC but has been, and is currently, in talks with the UFC. Elite XC's ratings have dropped dramatically and the company is in financial trouble. This all points to the UFC taking over Elite's spot on CBS. Reportedly the deal breaker in the initial talks was the issue of who would control the production of the shows.
