Background:
On August 31st, CC Sabathia threw a one-hitter in which the only hit was an infield single which, arguable, could have been ruled an error. The Brewers have said that they want the call overturned and ruled an error so that Sabathia could have the no-hitter. The Brewers have said that they will be sending a DVD of the game to MLB for review. Will their attempts be successful allowing Sabathia to be the first to obtain a retroactive no-hitter by the end of the regular season?
