Google have released their new Chrome browser for Windows, and it is expected to steal market share from both Microsoft's Internet Explorer (72% share) and Firefox (~20% share).

I can't imagine why anybody would want to use a wretchedly ugly Opera clone whose only interesting feature is way too technical for most users to understand, but hey it's a free world. For the record it's running at 0.86% of our users for the last day and a half, and we generally register a slightly higher proportion of non-ie browsers than hitslink.

I think if Chrome doesn't come out with add-ons to bring Chrome more in line with the options we have using firefox, I can see alot of people switching back.

Huh. I could swear that when I placed my bid, the settlement said it would settle based on the data as of Sept 8th...
Has this been changed?
