Will Hillary Clinton be the second woman President of the United States of America?
Background: Senator Clinton did not succeed in her effort to become the first woman president of the U.S. in 2008. There is much speculation she may run again--but by then, another woman might beat her to the Oval Office. Possible scenarios: McCain/Palin win in 2008 and Palin becomes president upon the death of McCain, followed by the election of Clinton in 2012 or 2016. Or a woman other than Clinton is elected in 2012 and Clinton is elected in 2016.
Settlement details:Market will settle as a NO if she is sworn in as the first female president. Will settle as a NO if two other women are sworn in before her. Will only settle as YES if she is the second woman sworn in as President.
