Will there be at the podium in Spa a driver outside Ferrari and McLaren teams?

BMW Sauber finishes 3rd.

Background:

Last year Ferrari made a "1-2" victory, with then McLaren's Alonso in third and Hamilton fourth.
This season and lately both leading teams has shown an overwhelming advantage ahead of the rest of the field.
Can anyone outside the two heavy favorites outstrip someone of the "big four"?
