According to the HPC, the US location receiving the most rain from Hanna in which state?

Settled as Other state, tie, or no HPC advisory issued

No Advisory has been issued by the suspend date
http://www.hpc.ncep.noaa.gov/tropical/tropstorms.shtml

Background:

On September 6, Hurricane Gustav made landfall near the border between North Carolina and South Carolina. It is expected to accelerate with the highest rainfall totals in the Middle Atlantic.

According to this site, http://radar.weather.gov/radar.php?product=NTP&rid=lwx&loop=yes, some areas of Virginia near Farmville and Lynchburg have already received over 6 inches of rain.

This market will close when the Hydrometeorological Prediction Center (HPC) issues its last public advisory for Hanna or her remnants. The HPC generally does not issue an advisory until the National Hurricane Center issues its final advisory.

The HPC's advisories for Gustav, Fay, Edouard and Dolly are given at: http://www.hpc.ncep.noaa.gov/tropical/tropstorms.shtml
