Olga Kurylenko who played the 'Bond Girl' and was introduced first in the film did not meet her end in Quantum of Solace.
Background:
This question will settle as yes if the dame in question who was at Bond's side is dead at the end of the film and will settle as no if she is still alive. If there is more than one "Bond girl" will settle as the first. Any flashbacks to the previous girls won't count.

This has been settled the wrong way.
If you read the background closely it mentions this possibility "if there is more than one "Bond girl" will settle as the first." The first and main Bond Girl being Camille (Olga Kurylenko) who lives. Though Ms. Fields does die, this question should still be settled as no.
Thanks - I always read the background closely, but didn't interpret it that way. Only considering the first Bond girl to appear on screen is a pretty arbitrary way of settling the question.
