Settlement requested Thu 16th Oct 9:36am PDT by paulcroft: Every paper and news organization in Canada is reporting 59.1% and therefore this MUST settle at that number. Waiting for the late registration numbers to be posted could take months and may not even be reported!

Settled as '0 to 60%' Thu 16th Oct 9:50am PDT by infernalmachine: 59.1% is the figure that is being reported by Elections Canada and most news agencies. Although these are based on pre-election day registrations. it may be a while to get the final tally of votes versus eligible voters. If the number changes when the final figures are released, I will consider resettling.
