Will James Randi's One Million Dollar Paranormal Challenge be successfully claimed?

Background: Well-known magician and skeptic James Randi has a long-standing prize of one million US dollars for "anyone who can show, under proper observing conditions, evidence of any paranormal, supernatural, or occult power or event."

This prediction will settle as a "yes" if the prize is successfully claimed. It will settle as a "no" if nobody claims it before the challenge is ceased (currently scheduled for March 6, 2010), or the end of 2010, whichever occurs first.
