Even if one were to visit Earth do you think any of our govenments would acknowledge it? We would have a hard time settling this one.

A ufo is nothing but a unidentified flying object! So if they make a flying object thats unidentified by the masses for the brief stint its in the air then its a ufo.

If I gather some parts, made from Alien material, like a meteorite, and make them into a space ship, would it classify as an Alien space ship? (i am not an Alien)...

I guess "they" think we're all immune from horror because of variety of space-alien films that some of us can recite. So that makes us ready? Maybe the aliens got impatient waiting for us to 'grow up'.
