will a gps receiver be sold that uses us gps, glonass gps and galileo gps by 2013?
Background: the us gps system is already operational, glonass is aiming to be up and going by 2009, and galileo by 2013. will a gps receiver be available to the general public that uses all three systems, free of charge? this must be on the market before jan 1st 2013

Obviously it wouldn't be any problem to produce devices that recieve signals from all the operating navigational systems.
Not to forget that China and India also plan to built their own global navigational systems. I wouldn't be surprised if in a matter of 4-5 years there would be all 5 operating fleet.
