When will Mr Babyman fall from his Digg throne?

Background:
In addition, with the recent shake up of top and middle tier diggers, there is every chance that Mr Babyman will be overtaken by the next big swinging dick in Digg.
Digg is doing its housekeeping, but are they brave (or foolish?) enough to ban their biggest user?
