Will a second Windows beta of Google Chrome be released in October?

Background:
The first Windows beta of Google's Chrome browser was released early in September. Like any beta there is room for improvement. They'll release a new beta with some of those issues fixed sooner or later - I wonder whether it will be before the end of October?
Basic updates (e.g. security updates) don't count. It must be a significant update that includes new features, for example integration with Google Bookmarks, the addition of a Firefox style Extension system, or RSS support
