Will a tape of Osama bin Laden be released where he mentions 2008 US elections before November 4th?

In 2004 on the weekend before the presidential elections Osama bin Laden released a video where he spoke about the US Presidential candidates. Many people, including some Bush White House Operatives, have indicated this video helped them win certain states.
So, will bin Laden release a tape this year too. The tape can be audio or video but must specifically reference the presidential elections or candidates.
As this originally happened 4 years ago, and since he's living status is questionable, starting odds are set at 60%. Suspend date is Halloween...the Friday of that weekend before the elections.
