Will any of the brake-line cutting vandals of Toronto Liberal supporters be arrested?

Settled as No

There is no news about any arrests by this weekend for the vandalism.

Background:

Background: The riding of St Paul's in downtown Toronto is a relatively quiet and affluent community. But over the weekend of Oct 4-5, several Liberal supporters with election lawn signs discovered various forms of vandalism to their property including keyed cars, spray-painted graffiti, cut phone lines, and, most troubling, cut brake lines on their cars. Several of the affected car owners have small children and, and, after at least one near-accident, are understandably deeply concerned for their safety. As well, there is a political concern over a distinctly un-Canadian violent attempt to intimidate supporters of a particular party.

Toronto police have increased patrols and are taking these incidents extremely seriously.

The Canadian election is on Oct 14th. Will anyone be arrested for these acts of dangerous vandalism before the following weekend (before Oct 18th)?

Update: Story hits the international press.

Settlement details:As reported by a major mainstream news source.
