a) A residential property (with above ground structure) is used
b) The residential property is in Sydney, or greater Sydney area
c) A room, or rooms above ground in the property used to cultivate hydroponic plants
d) Cannabis of street value of greater than AUD$350,000 is found growing inside the property

Instead of raiding them, they should be legalized, and taxed to pay for Australia's contribution to the invasion of Iraq as part of the coalition of nations to "free" Iraq. The government must end the shameful war on drugs which can not be won. Prohibition of alcohol did not work, prohibiting drugs will not either. The war on drugs makes the price of a high way more than it would be if they were legal. So instead of knocking old people in the head to get their high for $20.00, the high would cost $0.20 cents and the drug user would merely pick up some pop cans to get his escape from the bleak reality of their lives. Honest people could go on with their lives without being the injured person in the war on drugs if drug abusers could get their fix for a fraction of the inflated, illegal price of drugs. And the government could regulate, and tax the drug trade instead of having a liability by having to arrest and jail all of the people whom are caught up in the war on drugs.
