What will be the result of Monday's Gallup Presidential Poll?

Settled as Obama leads by more than 10 points

Obama +11, Settles as Obama leads by more than 10 points
http://www.gallup.com/poll/111274/Gallup-Daily-Obamas-Lead-Edges-Higher.aspx

Background:

So far the October surprise has been the economy, which has strongly favored Obama. The last debate is on Wednesday, but so far none of the debates have been game changers. Public opinion is locking in and historically polling by mid October is a strong indicator of election results... This Monday's poll may prove a good indicator of November's true national poll.

I've re-distributed the options as most weeks have been closing in the 5-8 range lately. Additionally, the market will suspend a couple hours earlier on Monday.

Note: Gallup polls are the result of a 3 day rolling average so the poll released on Monday will be based on surveys taken Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Category Editor Clarification
This market will continue to use the registered voters numbers it has been using since first introduced.

Thanks

Yes, this is NOW unclear :( They have added the new info to get better statistics on the likely voters (expanded), as things are now different .. (and the question is the same) :( .

should probably stick with total since that's what was planned when the question was made.

it's also consistent with previous questions
