This question will likely be able to run but if there is no 4 digit drop by the end of Q4 it will need to be voided. I would have suggested a last option of "Not before 2010". That way this question would have 100% likelihood of settling.

Creator made a question a bit earlier that has been edited and is playable...this one will be voided and players are encourage to take a look at the other one:

This one has a suspend date of late 2009 and an option for the 1000 point drop not to happen as well.
