What will be the weekly retail gasoline price released by the EIA for the week ending 10/19/08?

Settled as Gasoline Price is at or below $3.000 per gallon

Announced price for gasoline-all grades was $2.974

Background:

One good thing about such a drop in the stock market...it helped get gas prices back down to a more reasonable level....but now what? Do they continue to drop?

Just look at the last few weeks:

i use a pc. i got a guy who emails me that uses a mac. all links he sends are dead. thats why i ask baybear.

i've never used a mac so can't say if their good or bad. i guess if they do what their owners want, then their ok. i got a guy who builds my puters. i had a HP about 11 years ago. it worked fine till it broke. :O)

I think the problem could be that admins are supposed to html-ize their background links to make them live ... mine end up looking like this too if i don't code them

I just tried doing that to this one and it still isn't coming up live. At some point in the past I thought it wasn't necessary to code a hyperlink, but over the last several weeks it seems that I can just past a link into the comment section, but not in the background.

Ideas?

@bayou - Admins have to use html in the background, but you can just paste the link in the settlement details and the comments. Weird, eh? Took me a while to get used to it too. This one looks fine now.

This market should have suspended this morning at either 8:00 or 8:30. The report is not usually released until much later in the day, so suspension time is being reset to 1:00 PM EDT, well in advance of any news.
