For settlement purposes, what would constitute proof that JtP is a Republican operative? Emails? The word of someone on the McCain staff? Joe himself?

Well from my understanding he was all set to buy it but now hes holding off because accourding to Obamas first plan, he would immediatly be paying fees for not providing health insurance. But at the debate Obama changed his mind and outright lied claiming that his plan would make him pay 0 even though the original plan clearly stated that all businesses that employed even a single individual.

He works for a two man residential outfit; himself and the owner, (neither of which is qualified). He owes $1187 in back taxes to Ohio. How he thinks he can make $250G with that outfit is beyond me.
