Who will win the 2008 Georgia Senate race?
Republican incumbent Saxby Chambliss is seeking his second term in the Senate. He has held a solid lead all year, but the race tightened when democrat Jim Martin, a former state representative, won his party's primary to be the Senate nominee in early August.
Sen. Saxby Chambliss was heavily favored to retain his seat for a second term, though polling late in the campaign has made Chambliss appear more vulnerable than first expected.
