Because we could not POSSIBLY be corrupt, on any level. PERIOD.... (btw, why aren't europe, china, russia, mexico, et al listed......, and how do we measure this?)

Two of the most corrupt countries in Africa are missing from the list: Ruwanda and Burundi.

Zimbabwe, 14th from the bottom, appears absolutely angelic...Ebagum...Mugabe spelled backwards...will be delighted...

Burundi is mentioned, 158, just under Azerbaijan and Above Rep of Congo. Do you not mean Rwanda? it is listed between Mongolia and Tanzania.

The countries that TOCM mentioned as missing are also all listed. Except for Europe, It's not a country, as I am sure you know.

I was once told by a Ugandan friend not to Congo because I would risk getting my lips cut off by bad guys. That may have been the most convincing logic I have ever heard.
