Will Michigan pass PROP 1 legalizing medical marijuana in 2008?

Settled as Yes

This is not about drug use. It's about compassion. The initiative would amend Michigan law to allow seriously ill people to seek authorization from a doctor to grow up to a dozen marijuana plants and possess up to 2.5 ounces of the weed, strictly for personal use. The continuing, regulated sale of alcoholic beverages poses more of a problem for society than will passage of this law. (Detroit Free Press)

their logic is flawed. if you have a dozen plants and know what your doing you'll have more than 2.5 ounce's. :O)

You seem knowledgable on the subject.... the kind of knowledge you might gain out of experience...

2.5 oz? that will be a hard number with 6 plants. outdoors 1 plant on average is 8 oz of premo indica, that's with early harvest. sativa is even more.
if you start a seed in late april and its a heavy sativa it will put out 2 pounds of great bud, that's with 11 weeks of flowering. so what are they going to do? maybe pull it early? NO it will be crap, so who will decide the guide lines for care takers? and what is the soonest i can get my card? i live with a pothead doctor so i got the script today. what do i do???

First you go to the local police headquarters, check yourself in as a drug addict, then stay there for about 8 years.
