<<Finalisation of in-play issues
All open-up/down questions to suspend at least one hour prior to opening bell. All close up/down questions to suspend at opening bell. Please help enforce.Applies to all international markets as well.>>
So this will take effect beginning with Wednesday's markets. This means for example, that the question regarding whether the DJIA will open up will have to suspend at 7:30 EDT while the question about whether the DJIA will close higher can still remain open until the opening bell. This also applies to the three current international markets, the FTSE, DAX, and BSE. Questions regarding these markets will be edited to allow for the new suspension time. Future questions should be created with these times in mind.
Thanks to everyone for their input into this matter.
