Will Texas State Senator Dan Patrick run for Governor in 2010?

Background: Senator Dan Patrick is a popular mega conservative state senator as well as a popular talk radio host. There are several groups trying to get him interested in running. Senator Patrick has said if he relizes in July 2009 that the GOP nomination would go to either Our current Governor Rick Perry or liberal Republican US Senator Kay Bailey Hutchison, he would "do something about it".
