Will McCain play the "Rev Wright" card before the election?

Settled as No

Reverend Wright's fiery sermons dominated the news earlier this spring, but once John McCain sealed the Republican nomination, he made a unilateral decision that Rev Wright would not be a part of his campaign strategy. Now, with 2 weeks to go and a deficit in the polls, some McCain advisers are begging him to reverse that position.
Palin on Wright
Rick Davis on Wright

Will Reverened Wright feature in any McCain ads (Must be an official campaign ad) or by mentioned by McCain (simply answering a reporter's question about Rev Wright won't count) before the election?

In case you've been under a rock for the past year:
Rev Wright

Settlement details: Ads: official campaign ads only ("I'm John McCain and I approved this message")
Speech or official remarks made by McCain only.. answering a question like "Why aren't you talking about Rev Wright" doesn't count. This must be an introduction of the Rev Wright issue back into the campaign.

I hope so... I'm tired of McWalnuts playing nice... He kind of started to unload on Obama during the third debate... It seems "Sarah Barracuda" and "Joe the Plumber" want Walnuts to win more than Walnuts wants to win himself.

i agree mccain don't play hardball with obama as much as he should/could. he don't need to use rev wright. he needs to go after him on things like joe did. challenge obama on tax and spending, foriegn policy, giving terriost's their miranda rights, invovling govt in health care..etc. obama says thats not true..mccain just sits there like he believes him. the MSM ain't gonna do it for him. maybe joe and palin should be the ticket.

If the card was to be played I'd imagine attack dog Palin would play it.

It'd be nice if there were a "I hope so" option.

Shucks :) thank you, fingers_of_fury.

I saw when he did that. He actually makes that face quite commonly. He did it twice at the last debate with obama and the whole time i was sitting there thinking "Someone is going to take that and make it into a funny picture about McCain"

With all public polling showing a 2-1 margin of people who say that negative ads cause more people to leave the candidate that uses them than join them. Surprisingly, its almost 3-1 against the effectiveness of negative ads for undecided voters.

So, as an Obama supporter, as stupid and low-brow as I think negative ads are, just based on the math and the facts, I kind of hope he does. Negative ads actually detract from what should be any candidates sole goal at this time: securing the independent voters in swing states. Negative ads only secure your base, which if you haven't done 2 weeks before the election, you can begin working on your concession speech.

from this article:
"The ad was paid for by the Republican Federal Committee of Pennsylvania and was not authorized by the McCain campaign."

and the settlement requirements of this question:
