Will a notebook have a touchscreen keyboard in 2009?

Background: Following on from last year's question developments in touchscreen technology make this seem like a product whose time is due, and several internet rumours seem to suggest it is coming sometime soon.

this must be an actual notebook computer, windows or mac, and it must come out with a touchscreen that does the job of a conventional keyboard, with a dedicated screen, similar to the nintendo ds, or some other setup, in mass production, and available to the public. must be released in the year 2009, the question mentioned above deals to laptops released before then
