Background: A small town newspaper received a letter threatening an oil company if they did not shut down a pipeline in northern British Columbia by Oct. 11. Since then three bombs have exploded on pipelines. Thankfully they were unsuccessful in disrupting the pipeline and nobody has been hurt.
