Which state will have the highest Voter Turnout percentage?
Background: Already the media is buzzing about the record breaking early voting -- there have been reports of 3 hour lines in Florida and some polling places running out of ballots -- and that's before regular voting even begins! Clearly this one will be one of the history books, with more Americans voting that ever and the highest turnout in generations. But which state will have the highest turnout?
Some great data available here. The big story in 2000 and 2004 was the massive Evangelical turnout which helped to determine the election. This year looks to be very different as many Evangelicals are having trouble resonating with McCain while Obama turns out record numbers of African Americans and students. No telling if past elections will be much help in predicting this one.

I don't think it changes much, but I can't understand why Minnesota is played so low?
