Background: President Obama first used the Yes we Can speech in New Hampshire to rally his supporters and energize the party. He then used the Yes We Can slogan repeatedly during his speech on election day. Will he continue to use this phrase during his inauguration speech, and if so how many times will he say it.

It's a campaign phrase. I don't see him using it at inauguration. He'll want to sound "presidential", not like he's still running.

I know it's campaign stuff...but I could see him saying...."Yes we can, and Yes we will" or Yes we can and Now we will" when defining the actions he wants to take...his supporters and those leaning towards him would eat that up.....and it could still be a driving point of his first few months, that Yes, as a nation, we can and will do what we need to do....
