Will the Daleks feature in any of the 2009 Doctor Who specials?

Background: Doctor Who is a flagship family drama from the BBC:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Doctor_who

It usually runs as a 13-episode series, but in 2009 the show is having a partial rest, and instead there are going to be 3 'specials' - like made-for-TV films.

The Daleks are the Doctor's main rival. They have appeared in every series in the modern show:

As yet there have been no announcements as to the content of the specials.

Can I just ask for a wee clarification? By featured, do we mean appear on the screen at any time, are mentioned by any of the characters, or do they have to be part of the episodes as enemies? I'm asking because of the possibility that when the doctor regenerates he has a flashback of all his biggest battles or something. Would this count as "featuring"?

Feature means to figure prominently. That means that in an episode recap, they must be included. (I won't be watching the show...) I hope that's clear?

Hmm, Daleks appeared quickly, as a memory of one of the characters. Will this count as featuring?

I reckon that counts as "Feature" and have asked for the question to be settled accordingly. This wasn't a flashback to a previous episode, it was filmed specially for this episode. When I said "feature" in posing the question, I was specifically thinking about something like the 5 Doctors, where a Dalek appears and plays a role in the plot, but might not be the main baddie in the specials [I was pretty sure that would be the Master, and it seems I was right].

I agree with pauliharman even if it costs me 20!!

Aye, but it was maybe 5-10 seconds of a memory, and going by Jennyandboys clarification, I don't think they'll appear in a recap.
