Reports from the question creator and the requirements of the settlement seem to point to 0.9 percent loss....I know that the other reporting sources may be looking at higher losses, but the questions was based on reports from the "America's Research Group on Reuters.com." and that report is what the question must be settle by.

Will take care of this soon, but a lot of folks may be unhappy.....
