Current forecast: 13% chance

Combining all predictions, the current forecast is that this is 13% likely to happen (unchanged in last 1 day)
Recently, President-Elect Barack Obama announced that his weekly radio addresses would also be broadcast on YouTube. The addresses became common during the 1980's when Ronald Reagan was President. However, they have never been recorded for YouTube.
This market will settle as 'yes,' if it is reported that George W. Bush gives his standard Saturday morning address as a YouTube address before leaving office. A YouTube video will count if it shows the President giving the address.
