Settled as No jail time

http://www.denverpost.com/ci_11292150

Background:

32-year old actor Lillo Brancato is on trial for the murder of police officer Daniel Enchautegui in The Bronx, New York. Prosecutors say that Brancato and his friend Steven Armento broke into a man's house to get drugs. When Enchautegui heard the window break, he confronted the two men. He was later shot and killed by Armento. Brancato's attorney says that his client was not trying to burglarize the house or hurt anyone. Armento was convicted of first-degree murder and is now serving a life term in prison. The trial started on November 24.

Brancato acted in A Bronx Tale and The Sopranos. If convicted, he faces 25 years to life in prison.

I can't speak for onedave, but I'd think 15 falls under "Less than 30" and "Other" is basically a catch-all for some weird, unforseen sentencing, like being forced to spend a week on Survivor.

Speaking of Lillo, please check out my prediction on his verdict:

I humbly want to dispute the settlement on this question as the wording does not ask if he will be convicted for murder, but rather what the sentence will be.

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/worldnews/northamerica/usa/3904297/Sopranos-actor-Lillo-Brancato-cleared-of-murder.html
The jury convicted Lillo Brancato of a lesser charge of attempted burglary.
He faces from three to 15 years in prison.
Brancato showed no reaction as the verdict was read. His mother, seated a couple rows back in the gallery, began sobbing.

Chatarra's right. He received jail time from the trial. The question didn't specify that it had to be based on that charge only.

Within the market question it's clear that the market refers to the murder of the police officer by stating 'jail sentence be for the murder of police officer?'

It references only the murder and not the burglary, so because he was not convicted of murder he did not receive a jail sentence for said crime. I'm gonna stick with the original ruling here, I'm sorry some may have lost out on cash but the market does refer to the murder and not the other crime/crimes.

Regards,
Ryan
