The siege is apparently over now. The question was timed accurately. But there may be a delay between when it suspends and when there is sufficient information to settle it.

Yes. It might take a few days to find out if there any such reports. I doubt the Indian government would want to be publicizing any such thing if it had happened. The Indian people are angry enough at them for having not prevented it.
