What will be the largest unit quantity posted in a recall notice by the U.S. CPSC for Dec?

Settled as 750,001 to 1,000,000

Seems to be the 900,000 Toro blowers

The Toro Company Reannounces Recall of Electric Blowers Due to Projectile Hazards

In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), The Toro Company, of Bloomington, Minn., is voluntarily reannouncing the recall of about 900,000 Toro Power Sweep Electric Blowers. The blowers impeller, which is a rotating component on the blower, can break, resulting in pieces of plastic flying out of the blower. This poses a risk of serious injury to the user or a bystander.

Background:

The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission puts out recall notices whenever a serious defect is found in a product that can cause injury or death. The recall notices contain information such as Manufacturer, Distributor, Units (being recalled), Country Made In, etc.

The Unit quantities can vary significantly. An inexpensive recalled toy could involve a million units, while an expensive item might only involve 28 units.

This question asks what will be the highest quantity of units recalled among the notices posted for December. Note: Only USA numbers apply, NOT units sold outside the USA.

Below is the website and a few copied examples to review:
