Will Antonio Pierce be convicted of a Felony for allegedly helping Plaxico Burress?

Background:
Plaxico Burress suffered a self-inflicted gunshot wound to his thigh in a New York nightclub. Reports are saying he will be charged under NY Felony gun laws regarding concealed weapon, loaded weapon and non-permitted weapons charges. It has been reported that after the shooting his teammate, Antonio Pierce, tried to get rid of the gun in New Jersey. Will Pierce be charged and convicted of a Felony for aiding and abetting, obstruction of justice, destruction of evidence or Interstate Flight or similarly worded violations? See the links below:
