Will Hilary Clinton go to mumbai if after or before she is elected ?

Good question! I believe that she will go to the capitals of both Indian and Pakistan, but not Mumbai. She would only go to Mumbai if there was a scene of large-scale American carnage there...

I think the word is appointed.

She has been announced to be Obama's choice to serve as Sec. of State, and she has accepted. But she won't become SOS until after he is sworn in on 1/20/09 and Congress has hearings and a vote on her nomination.

But, there still is a good question here about whether or not she'll go to Mumbai as a representative of President-Elect Obama...there is that possiblity. Question just needs to be written in a different style. Something like "will she go to Mumbai as a representative of Obama" or 'at his request'
