Will Antonio Pierce be charged with a crime for allegedly helping Plaxico Burress?

Plaxico Burress suffered a self-inflicted gunshot wound to his thigh in a New York nightclub. Reports are saying he will be charged under NY Felony gun laws regarding concealed weapon, loaded weapon and non-permitted weapons charges. It has been reported that after the shooting his teammate, Antonio Pierce, tried to get rid of the gun in New Jersey. Will Pierce be charged with a crime?
