Will Greenland hold a referendum on full independence before 2020?

Background: In November 2008, Greenland voters approved increased independence from Denmark. 75.56 percent of votes cast supported the action. Greenland will now receive almost full control over their natural resources. It will also receive annual subsidies from Denmark.

According to Greenland Premier Hans Enoksen, these results will lead to a referendum on full independence.
