Settled as '-1.9°C to 0.0°C (inclusive)' Fri 12th Dec 2008 4am PST by ryanj: The temperature did go to -1.0c as per wunderground reports taken from Heathrow that day. The lowest temp. was taken at 3:30 AM on the 10th.
